Rafik’s journey began in Montreal at École Nationale d’Aérotechnique earning a technical degree in aircraft manufacturing and technologies followed by a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at École de Technologie Supérieure. Over the years, he held several key positions at Bombardier Aerospace where he developed relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, corporations, and governments across the CIS, MENA, and APAC regions. Rafik has a track record of engineering deal structures that respect the expectations of all parties involved. His ability to create and deliver bespoke solutions based on specific requirements, visions, individualities, and cultures has made him a trusted advisor to his clients.

Shabab Attarzadeh is a distinguished senior executive in the aviation industry. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, he has accumulated considerable expertise in Safety Management Systems, Aviation Security, Aviation Training , and Aviation Operations over his notable career.
Starting his journey in the aviation industry in 2001 as an Airport Coordinator. Very quickly, his unwavering dedication propelled him into various managerial roles, including Deputy Operations Manager at Airline Services and Post Holder Security Manager at Ajman Ruler’s Court Helicopter Operations (ARCHO).
In 2008, he embraced the role of Head of Training at the Academy of Technical Training, where he designed and delivered a range of training courses for military personnel, civilian airports, and airlines. In 2010 he was entrusted to with a crucial responsibility of launching the national airline of the Republic of Djibouti. As the first appointed CEO of Air Djibouti, Shabab managed the entire airline’s daily operations.
Beyond his professional roles, Shabab has gained numerous skills through training and certifications, such as Passenger Services, Passenger Acceptance, Loading Regulation, Airport Services, Station Administration, Load Planning, Aircraft Security Advance, Ramp Operations, Ramp Safety and Security, and Station Management.
Moreover, Shabab has been actively involved in teaching Flight Safety, Ground Safety, Avsec, and Customer Services, among other courses, since 2004. He has assisted in the inception of various start-up airlines in the Middle East, Africa, and CIS countries and has managed new business verticals in Aircraft Spare Parts and Repair Management.
